Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported and claimed immediately to the carrier as well as contacting us at sales@soapandwatereveryday.com within 2 days after delivery. Wherever possible, please attach a picture of the damage for your records.
Returns resulting from an error on our part must be authorized by way of a Return Authorization number (RN #) which we will supply along with a return address.
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
